Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
Parking is not available on-site. Shuttles to and from the wedding and reception will be provided from The Pendry Park City, Hyatt Place Park City, and The Lodge at Blue Sky. Shuttle pickup time at each hotel is 3:30pm on the day of the wedding.
Which hotel should I stay at?
Room block and special wedding rates available under Pobar/Woodward for the hotels linked below. If you need additional days added (ex: Thurs or Mon), the hotels are happy to accomodate. Please contact them directly to customize your reservation. Hotels with room blocks and provide transportation to & from the wedding: The Lodge at Blue Sky, The Pendry Park City, Hyatt Place Park City.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
The wedding dress code is black tie optional. Evening gowns and a tux or suit will fit right in!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors amidst the splendor of the Wasatch mountains, followed by dinner and dancing in an indoor/outdoor venue.
What is the weather like in the area?
In mid-September, Park City, Utah typically enjoys mild and pleasant weather. Daytime temperatures are usually in the mid-60s to mid-70s, while evenings can cool down to the mid-40s to low 50s.
Am I allowed to bring additional guests or children who aren’t listed on my invitation?
